The aim of this ShinobiDeveloper forum is to provide our ShinobiControls community with a way to find answers to their questions and engage in discussions with like-minded developers through knowledge sharing. Our own Developer Support Team will be monitoring the site and will contribute to discussions but if you have a particular query for them then please get in touch directly at: firstname.lastname@example.org

- Ask general development questions, not related to ShinobiControls products

ShinobiControls provides this forum as a service so that users can exchange ideas, information, techniques and tips related to ShinobiControls products. Use the relevant product forum to post your questions and comments. Choose a descriptive name for your thread in order to allow the other users looking for similar information to find it more easily. Try to keep discussing only one subject per thread. If you have information unrelated to the initial topic of a thread, please open a new thread. Describe your question in detail. Make sure to include the following information:
- Step by step instructions on how to reproduce the query
- Code snippets (file attachments are not supported).
- Stack trace, if applicable
- Used programming language
- State the software you are using, including:
- Device OS version and applied service packs
- Regional and language settings, if different from En-US
- Exact version of the ShinobiControls product
Please stay on topic and do not discuss any personal issues that are unrelated to this forum and our ShinobiControls products and/or abuse any brand or company name on this platform.
The ShinobiControls Team will review posts in this forum on a regular basis in order to make sure that all information available to the developer community is accurate and up to date.
You should have a valid ShinobiControls account to post in the forum. Anonymous names will not be allowed and such posts will not be answered or will be deleted.
